TRD Sports Catalytic Converter for Toyota MR-S TA-ZZW30, Semi-Overhauled with Exhaust Gas Test Certificate

This is a TRD catalytic converter for the MR-S. Around February 2026, I purchased an item described as having "no exhaust leaks," but there was an exhaust leak from the bellows. I had a trusted tuner replace the bellows with new material, clean the interior, and perform a partial overhaul. Since the condition of the cells was good, they were only cleaned and left as is. It now revs smoothly and pleasantly from 4000 to over 6000 rpm, and the feeling is that both power and torque are consistently enhanced in the mid-to-high speed range.
I removed it in June for listing, and its condition is very good, having only been used for three months since the semi-overhaul. While there is extensive black rust due to discoloration over the years, I cleaned it with compound and applied rust-preventative coating before listing, so I believe it has a clean finish.
This is an expensive item, so I believe that this repaired unit is definitely better than one with unknown internal condition, as it will prevent future regrets and unnecessary labor costs. An exhaust gas test certificate is also included. Please consider installing it in your beloved car.
