It now revs smoothly and pleasantly from 4000 to over 6000 rpm, and the feeling is that both power and torque are consistently enhanced in the mid-to-high speed range.\u003cbr\u003e\nI removed it in June for listing, and its condition is very good, having only been used for three months since the semi-overhaul. While there is extensive black rust due to discoloration over the years, I cleaned it with compound and applied rust-preventative coating before listing, so I believe it has a clean finish.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis is an expensive item, so I believe that this repaired unit is definitely better than one with unknown internal condition, as it will prevent future regrets and unnecessary labor costs.
