【Returns】
Returns are only accepted for defective products.
However, for sale items and reserved items, returns and cancellations due to customer's convenience are not accepted.
While we pay close attention to product inspection, in the unlikely event of a significant defect in the product, please contact us within 3 days of product arrival and arrange for return shipping within 7 days of product arrival.We will bear the shipping costs for returns due to defective products.
Furthermore, exchanges are only for unused products. We cannot exchange products after they have been tried on.
