【Returns】
Returns are only accepted for defective products.
However, for sale items and pre-order items, returns and cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted.
While we take utmost care in inspections, if there is a significant defect in the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and arrange for return shipping within 7 days of receiving the product.We will bear the return shipping costs for defective products.
Furthermore, exchanges are only for unused products. We cannot exchange items after they have been tried on.

【Refund Method】
Refunds will be processed by canceling the credit card transaction. For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be made by bank transfer to a Japanese bank account.
